You can email an invoice directly with our invoice generator, or, you can download a PDF copy of the invoice, or use the Link button to send a link. If you send a link to your customer, they can download a PDF or print it easily.
Yes the PDF button at the top will let you instantly download a PDF invoice that you can save for your records, or send to your customer.
Our goal is to make it as easy as possible to make an invoice. At a bare minimum, you should probably fill in your company name, your customer's name. You can then add at least one item to the invoice below, the generator will then calculate the totals for you, including any taxes or discount you've setup. Click preview to get a sense of what the invoice you've just made looks like!
Yes our invoice generator should detect your currency automatically, but if it doesn't, or if you want to invoice in a different currency, you can easily change currencies using the settings panel on the right.

If you'd like your invoice to include taxes, on top of your prices, then you can enable Tax in the settings pane on the right, and enter a tax rate and label.
If your prices already include tax, and you'd like the invoice to show the amount of tax included, then be sure to toggle the Inclusive checkbox when enabling taxes.
